COP27 – The Choice is only ours…

by Haton Bongiovanni

More than 30 days have passed since Filippo Bongiovanni passed away and we are sure that he would have written a few words about COP 27, the 27th United Nations World Conference on Climate Change in 2022.
This Conference is more important than ever because it deals with very sensitive issues. The most important issue has been on the table for at least thirty years, and so far the United States and the European Union have blocked any discussion about it: the main culprits of the climate crisis fear facing potentially unlimited compensation claims. But the pressure from developing countries became too strong: a conference organized in an African country could not avoid the subject. This development could inaugurate a new phase in global climate diplomacy, because of course money is not a joke, but with the health of the planet it is.
The global event could open an irreconcilable rift in the international community, or finally lead to a solution to the climate crisis.
So far, rich countries have not wanted to quantify the damage suffered by poor countries as a result of global climate change. But, at the conference in Egypt, the tone of the debate changed. The damage caused by global warming affects the whole planet, but the effects are most disastrous in developing countries, which do not have the means to deal with and limit them. According to a recent report by the NGO Oxfam, since 1991 an average of 189 million inhabitants of poor countries have been affected by extreme weather events every year. It’s an extra burden for states that are already in debt. At the same time, these countries are the least responsible for climate disruption, because they have produced and still produce fewer emissions. The countries of the South demand justice!!!
Some scientists have estimated that it will be between $290 billion and $580 billion per year by 2030, and up to $1.7 trillion per year by 2050. And this only calculating the consequences on the economies of developing countries. Rich countries need to understand that the fallout is global, not local. So far, rich countries have continued to reject requests for economic aid, brought forward since 1991 by small island states, for whom the climate crisis is a matter of life and death.
In 2009, at the climate conference in Copenhagen, rich countries promised to donate one hundred billion dollars a year to poor countries for adaptation to the climate crisis. To date, the Guardian reveals, the main producers of greenhouse gases (United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia) have not paid their share. The largest debt is that of the United States: in relation to its emissions, it would have to pay forty billion dollars, but in 2020 they paid just 7.6 billion.
Let us remember that since the outbreak of the war between Russia and Ukraine, the countries of the West have financed Kiev as follows: USA with almost 45 billion dollars (divided as follows: 25 billion in armaments, 9.2 billion in humanitarian aid and 10.3 billion in financial aid) United Kingdom with 4 billion in armaments, Germany with 1.2 billion in armaments, Poland with 1.8 billion in armaments,  Emmanuel Macron’s France (which for years has been preaching Europe’s «strategic autonomy» to do without the US in the military field) was limited to 233 million euros and finally Italy in last place with 150 million euros (data from the Kiel Institute for World Economy – IFW).
A question: if we add up above, with almost 55 billion dollars could we not start doing something to change the situation of our planet or help the countries in the south of the world affected by global warming?  But let’s continue. According to a document released shortly before the start of the COP27 conference in Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt, only five countries (Japan, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden) have increased their contributions between 2021 and 2022. In particular, Italy has created a climate fund of 840 million euros per year, for the period 2022-2026.
The West must ask itself how stupid it wants to be. Are short-term profits still the priority?
For years the industrialized countries of the West, and more recently many emerging countries, stood by as greenhouse gases accumulated in the atmosphere and the Earth warmed, reaching 1.15 degrees more than in the pre-industrial era.  These data have already been anticipated by the  2021 IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) Report where it is clearly stated that there is no more time and we have already passed the point of no return.
The effects are already devastating, and the world is set to heat up much more. At the same time, companies passively accepted that those responsible would enrich themselves out of all proportion. In the second quarter of 2022, the six largest oil companies recorded €57.2 billion in profits.  In three months!!!
Global warming is progressing at an unprecedented pace and magnitude, writes Le Monde. In September 2022, temperatures averaged 1.11 degrees Celsius higher than in the pre-industrial era. The last eight years have been the warmest on record. As the latest report on emissions from the United Nations Environment Programme also pointed out, progress has been made in reducing greenhouse gas emissions is insufficient and, as things stand today, the planet is doomed to an increase of 2.6 degrees by the end of the century. Even in terms of the concentration of carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas that promotes warming of the atmosphere, we have reached the highest levels in the last two million years. Meanwhile, the oceans absorb about 90 percent of the excess heat produced on Earth, at a rate of 4 zettajoules per year, the equivalent of the energy developed by 127,000 nuclear power plants.

The whole situation in which we find ourselves both from the climatic point of view and from the political-economic and social point of view was anticipated in unsuspected times by the Extraterrestrial Intelligences through the communiqués transmitted to Eugenio Siragusa:

ME AND THEM IN CONVERSATION ON OCTOBER 2ND., 1981

ACCORDING TO THE INVESTIGATIONS CARRIED OUT BY THE FRIENDS WITH WHOM I AM IN CONTACT, THE EARTH RISKS UNDERGOING A SLIGHT OSCILLATION WITH CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES.

THE GEOID COULD BE HIT BY A STRONG FLOW OF ANOMALOUS MAGNETISM WITH THE CONSEQUENT OSCILLATION ON ITS AXIS.

ACCORDING TO ALI,

THE OCEANS AND BASINS WOULD BE DISRUPTED, CAUSING GIGANTIC WAVES UP TO 175 METERS HIGH AND WITH THE POWER TO PENETRATE THE EARTH’S SURFACE OF SEVERAL KILOMETERS.

THE COASTS WOULD BE SUBMERGED UNDERGOING THE TITANIC IMPACT OF THE ENORMOUS MASS OF WATER THAT COULD REACH THE HEIGHT OF 700-800 METERS FOR A DEPTH OF 30-40 KILOMETERS.

THE OSCILLATION SHOULD BE OF SHORT DURATION WHILE THE EFFECTS WOULD WEAR OFF MUCH LATER.

THE EBB AND FLOW OF THE TIDES WILL GRADUALLY SLOW DOWN UNTIL THE NORMAL SETTLEMENT IS REACHED.

THE CONSEQUENCES…? EASILY IMAGINABLE.

HOARA COMMUNICATES:

THE MAGNETOSPHERIC RING OF YOUR PLANET IS IN PRECARIOUS INSTABILITY. AS I HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED, WE HAVE RECORDED AN ANOMALOUS OSCILLATION OF THE MAGNETIC AXIS ON WHICH THE EARTH ROTATES, DETECTING LEAKS AND RE-ENTRIES IN A SOUTH-SOUTHWEST DIRECTION.

THERE IS A DANGER OF A FLIGHT WITHOUT RETURN OF 45 DEGREES TO THE WEST-SOUTHWEST. IF THE INCLINATION WERE FURTHER STIMULATED BY THE VIBRATIONS UNLEASHED BY NUCLEAR TESTS ON THE SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND, THE DISPLACEMENT OF THE CURRENT POLAR ICE CAPS WOULD BECOME IRREVERSIBLE WITH INCALCULABLE CATASTROPHIC CONSEQUENCES FOR THE EUROPEAN AND NORTH AMERICAN CONTINENTS.

THE OTHER MOST DEVASTATING ASPECT COULD AFFECT THE ENTIRE GLOBE DUE TO THE CONSEQUENT THAWING OF POLAR GLACIERS WITH THE INEVITABLE RISE OF THE OCEANS.

WE POINTED OUT TO YOU AT THE TIME THE POSTHUMOUS DANGER OF NUCLEAR TESTS CARRIED OUT IN THE ATMOSPHERE. OUR PREDICTIONS ARE PROVING TO BE CORRECT.

YOU DID NOT WANT TO LISTEN. NOW THE TROUBLE WILL BE YOURS.

And again:

THE GROWING TROUBLES OF THE COUNTDOWN: PLAGUES, HARBAR (PLAGUE OF BRAIN NEURONS), PROGRESSIVE DISSOCIATION OF SOCIAL, MORAL, SPIRITUAL VALUES AND HYPERCHAOTIC CHAOS WITH BLOODY AND VIOLENT SAVAGE CLASHES. MELTING GLACIERS WILL DRAG THE MOUNTAINS DOWNSTREAM.

THE OCEANS WILL RISE THREATENINGLY. FIRE, WATER, AIR AND EARTH WILL SHAKE EVERYWHERE. ABNORMAL MAGNETISM WILL CAUSE IMBALANCES IN THE MEANS OF TRANSPORT IN THE AIR, IN WATER, ON LAND.

THE FRIEND OF MAN:

EUGENIO SIRAGUSA

Nicolosi, September 3rd. 1987

Man’s choice is always war… It is not peace, nor prosperity…

The question to ask now is this: what kind of world will we leave to the next generations? Our children will have the opportunity to live a better world or we are consigning them to a catastrophic and inexorable destiny, due to our indifference and foolishness …

What can we add, if only humanity had listened now, it would not be in this situation. «We have gone from the hyper-critical point to the hyper-chaotic one», but hope is always the last to die!

The choice, as always, is ours alone…
