In November 2018, exactly 40 years after the arrest of Eugenio, Roberto La paglia – collaborator of the Eugenio Siragusa Study Center, of the Pesolex spiritual outreach initiative – during an investigation on the web, finds a series of documents from then, written by the American Consulate General of Palermo, which was addressed to the American Embassy in Rome, the American NATO base in Sigonella in Sicily, and the American consulates in the main Italian cities.
